As young girls in El Salvador, Miriam and her mother, Nina Martha, had a simple business plan for lunches. Nina Martha would cook chicken tamales and various other aperitibos and Miriam went to the farms, football games, and the neighborhoods to sell the meals. On average 5,000 Tamales were sold monthly.
Miriam wanted to open her own restaurant. In 2002, The Ramirez Family decided to open its first location in Mesa, Arizona. Word spread around very quickly and today her restaurants are filled with local customers who savor its delicious Pupusas, Chicken Tamales wrapped in Ojas de Platano, Ceviche, Carne Asada, Breakfast Meals and more! (See Menu)
After much work & dedication we now have 1 location in California and 4 locations in Arizona! All of our Restaurants are Family Owned & Operated, topped with over 50years of family recipes! Come by and enjoy "The Best Central American-Latin Food, Home Style Cooking!"
